We had our first football game yesterday.
They had 3rd and 4th Battalions form up in the endzones, and whenever a team scored, interceive
d, changed possession
. . .really, whenever anything at all happened during the game, we did about 20 pushups.
it was motivating
.

I bought a used copy so... I guess you're not welcome...
I'd say that if one had to buy a Halo soundtrack, the third would likely be the best choice.
And I'm a little partial to "Welcome to Jamrock", as far as reggae goes. In the immortal words of the great warrior poet Ice Cube, "If the day does not require an AK, the day is good."
Hahah. I ended up picking up a Reggae compilation and Inner Circle. This is my first time actually purchasing reggae so I've got to find the artists I like.
I just hit the jackpot at a "Half Priced Books" store today and was able to snag some good and very well priced music. Here's my haul from today:
50 Cent - Get Rich or Die Tryin Lifescapes - Chopin Nocturne The Bagpipes and Drums of Scotland The Prodigy - Music for the Jilted Generation Deftiones - Around the Fur Block Rob - Life Story Johnny Cash - Super Hits Obie Trice - Cheers
(I picked everything up and one book for my wife for $55, not bad huh?)
Hmm, the last CD's I've bought were the following:
1) Killswitch Engange - The End of Heartache 2) Killswitch Engage - As Daylight Dies 3) Rob Zombie - Past, Present & Future (I used to have this, but something happened to it. It's a best-of from White and Rob Zombie. I already own the White Zombie CD's, but I've found it's better just to have a best-of with Rob It also comes with a DVD that has all the music videos from White and Rob Zombie. Bonus.) 4) The Grass Roots - All Time Greatest Hits (I grew up on this stuff. Damn you, 'rents!)
Also, I was trying to get back into Rammstein but after listening through Sehnsucht and Mutter, I just can't. Some of their stuff is really good, but the rest is just crap. I think they need a best-of, too!
Atlas in Flames Advocatus Diaboli -------------------------- "In my life I'd not soften things that cut and burn so often." Alice in Chains, "It Ain't Like That"
"Si pecasse negamus, fallimur, et nulla est in nobis veritas." If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and there's no truth in us.
No good CDs have come out in the last couple months...so I'm going back and purchasing all the older CDs that I used to have....but somehow can't find around my house.
